Refund policy

Due to the nature of my small business, all sales will be final and I do not accept returns unless there is a mistake on my end (e.g. flaw not noticed or mentioned in the item description/photos). I am NOT responsible for items once they are dropped off at the post office. Please ensure your address is correct and checkout and there is a secure place for packages to be dropped off. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages are shipped via UPS or USPS. 

I do my best to provide accurate photos, try ons, descriptions, and measurements to ensure you are confident and happy with your purchase! If for some reason your item does not fit as desired, please consider the following options:

• gift the item to a friend or family member
• try selling at a local consignment shop (Plato’s closet, Buffalo exchange, etc.)
• List the item for sale online (Poshmark, FB marketplace, etc.)
• have a yard sale
• Donate! I specifically like to donate to local thrift stores that benefit the community (such as Salvation Army, hospital based stores, women’s shelters, for some examples!)
